I have been a DTV customer since 2005 as of recently since At&t took over they are horrible. I have wasted 3 weeks on the phone and waiting for service technicians to show up.

After ripping out replacing wires and power units they tell me its the box now....

Wow isnt that what I stated 3 weeks ago.. As for their technical side, Mastec I have nothing nice to say, your better doing the work yourself than wasting your time waiting for one of these guys.
