My direct tv dish isn't working correct and I have been a customer since 2005 and they won't send a tech out to resolve problem unless I pay a fee. I pay these people enough money on a monthly bases and on time all the time and they rather lose me as a customer then send a repair man out to my house to repair their faulty equipment

Then pay the fee you cheap ***. What you think your special?

Everyone else pays for service calls (directv has NO People in the field they are all contractors, no one works for free) unless they have the protection plan. So get that then and stop complaining its $7.99 boo hoo.
