So Directv was supposed to be here between 8-12.I waited at home like I was supposed to...no call, no email, no text, and no apology.

When I called Directv to ask about the technician, they rescheduled my appointment without my permission because they said the technician was a no show. Now I have to spend another day at home waiting!!!!

I regret moving from AT&T to Directv.Horrible customer service and horrible service in general!!!!
