DIRECTV customer service is the most incompetent company we have experienced EVER. We have literally spent HOURS on the phone over the past week, with the simple request to add a 5th TV onto our existing service.

Technicians have been to our house two different times, both times with incorrect orders, which has resulted in total frustration on our end, as well as the "contracted" technicians. What a ridiculously pathetic way to do business with consumers paying big bucks for their ignorance & extreme negligence.

This person wrote the review because of bad quality at DIRECTV. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants DIRECTV to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
