Horrible. Been a customer for over 15 years.

They give you a free movie channel but if you don't call before it's over they charge u. Called tonight. Waited over 20 mins for a rep.. Told him I wasn't sure of the date and wanted to cancel.

Now. He more or less mocked me for waiting to cancel a free Starz channel.. You use to be one of the best customer service company. Now you don't care.

You got to be too big and don't care about long term customers anymore. Very sad.

Sure I will never hear from you but when my renewal time is up you will.. Have always spoke well of direct tv but you apparently don't really care
