*** directv. Their customer service sucks.

We've had it for a year anf thry didn't tell us it was a two year contract. We called to complain about not being abke to watch channels that we PAY FOR and they wanted to charge us to send a technitian to fic the problem. we made it clear that we were completely displeased with their service and product and that we were going to cancel and move to a different company. Then the next day we were unable to watch the two channels we watch the most!

Wtf! we get a "771-signal loss on satellite 1" box at the bottom right corner on MANY channels that we PAY FOR.

This box now included the two most watched channels that we were able to watch before without a problem. DO NOT GET DIRECTV.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I guess you didn't read the contract you signed. You might want to do that. Every company has contracts and your lack of competence in looking that over and understanding what you are agreeing to is your own fault
