This new update is the worst update. The color format white and black, smalller font. Horrible. It is not easy to see or navigate. The genie is also slower now with this new permanent update. Thinking of switching to another provider.

Directv - My Patience With DTV new format has run out

Over 6 weeks ago they promised to fix this issue. Spectrum is starting to look like a pretty good option.

Directv - Guide font too small

Once again attached/dtv screws the consumer. They completely filled up the new and improved menu experience by making the don't unreadable and when consumers complain.... Nothing happens. For the ridiculous amount of $ we pay for this service, the provider should figure out a way to accommodate the consumer... Typical att business practice
