There is no 3 day right to rescind on satellite contracts in any of the 50 stated. You, technically, are bound by the service agreement.

Directv - Posses on and posses off!

I was already a Direct TV costomer and greed to pay $65 per month for a new Direct TV pakage. The first month Direct TV charged me $132. The bill the second month is $75? I agreed to telephone sales person for a total monthly cost of $65? Screwed again!

My wife and I ordered directv and it was a package deal for 50 per month all basic. 3 months free hbo, Cinemax, Starr’s then must cancel. The first months bill came and we asked to to change the date on billing so we could pay without interruption. They said they would.
