First of all I like Direct TV quality of pictures are good. What I do have a problem with is the fact that you take a channel off the air, In my area channel 13 WVTM HAS BERN TAKEN OFF.
I would like to know if you're customers are going to get an adjustment to our bills because of the greed set forth by one or both of the parties involved. It seems to me that Direct TV is in breech of their contract with it's customers, you're not supplying the number of channels set forth in our packages. If we as consumers tried not paying your bills or downgrading our current package you would be charging us extra money to do so. If everyone involved would not pay one month on their bill just how much would that cost you?
Please take a look at it from your customers point of view. Most contracts can become null and void if one party becomes dissatisfied with the current condition of the contract if there is no solution is available.
Try and and consider your customers for a change. RESOLVE THIS ISSUE!!!!
