When I got my bill in August I notice where they added all the premium channels plus the NFL ticket,I called directv and told them I wasn't interested in having the NFL ticket this year and wasn't interested in the premium channels the customer service person said she would let me have the NFL ticket free this year and the premium channels free for 3 months and to call in November to cancel if I didn't want the premium channels but I had decided I'll keep the channels, but they kept charging me for NFL ticket so now they're telling me I have to pay for this channel I feel they force this on me when they should have taken this off my bill when I talked to them in august I have been a loyal customer ,but I knew when ATT came in it was going to be trouble I really loved Directv ,but looks like a divorce is coming
