We have been a continuous customer of DTV since 1994, never requested a change in our programming until today, got a big jump in our bill, looked at the itemizing, questioned Regional Sports caharge that was in addition to the pachage price, called was told that charge though separate could not be removed because of the package we had, talked to 3 reps, same answer. When we chamged plans we lost channels that we had, had from the early 80s, this hits me as typical AT&T business practices. Quit them for our phone because of their lousy cusomer service.
