Probably the worst tv company. Was lied to multiple times.

First I was told my bill wouldn't increase after the first year, it did and a lot. Called them and they said my account "has to build some steam, call back in October for offers." Called in October and no one could do anything. Was offered to lower my package, was told I would only lose about 3 channels. Turned my tv on and over 50 channels were gone.

Called back to speak to a manager and then was disconnected from the call.

Directv doesn't even include internet or phone so why am I paying $140?! I will likely be canceling my contract early.
