I have called "customer service' THREE times now about several on demand channels that I'm paying for but seldom work!Repeatedly getting error 927(&yes, I know what it supposedly means)&it NEVER gets resolved as it SAYS it will "shortly".
I try to find an email to complain because im sick to DEATH of dealing with ppl that wil not hrlp me&the site REPEATEDLY sends me to "live chat"! Finally, out of frustration i TRY to change but it wont "submit"!
I like the programm i CAN get so idw to leave,but I BEYOND angr by this point.The tech support, customer service all suck..just done&goin back to Dish.
