No recordings exist that proove what i agreed too. Changed my contract twice then act dumb because the computer screen says so. Not sure how much they robbed me for. Overcharged every month. Supervisor rarely available, and even when they promis its resolved, next month its the same thing, act dumb ans see if customer gives up. Worst decision of my life was having direct tv and att internet.

My fiance and i call to speak to their customer almost every month, they are always adding things to our bill that we did not ask for, their customer service is terrible, they always hang up on us, our tv service sucks, its always freezing. Its just terrible! Ever since at&t took over!

Direct TV was installed approx 3mos ago. Has always been very susceptible to going out when cloudy and now going out every day. Direct TV says they will charge $100 to check my antenna. *** service and will not renew when my time is up. Buyer beware!
