Every time we get a weather event, aka anything other than sunshine, my service goes down! It never comes back until I talk to some representative that takes about 4 hours. That is the wait time to finally talk to a human. They never offer compensation for time you didn’t have their service"....... I am about to cancel my service and I have been a customer since 2003.

I pay over 200 dollars a month for Direct tv and NFL sunday Ticket so I can get every game and now that its the playoffs I cant get Fox channel 17 in my area that is the channel the broadcast the NFC playoff games I couldnt get the Dallas Cowboys at LA Rams and today I wont be able to get the Eagles at Saints game. I pay far to much to not be able to watch the biggest games of the year.

Directv - Sucks big time

When I switched to the Genie Boxes it went straight down the toilet. The delay is so annoying, when I push a button on the remote it has a 3 second delay before a picture appears. The installer told me that everyone is returning the new receivers and wanting the old ones back. I’ve been customer for 13 years, I’m thinking about changing

Directv - *** poor customer service

Called Jan 2 to upgrade to Hi Def on 2 boxes; to keep one existing box (standard def) for add a room. Order somehow cancelled, no notification and we were home all day. Rescheduled on line; someone came today and he can't do it because it isn't a service call. Hubby on phone with Direct TV people for about 45 minutes and it still isn't resolved. Need 2 Hi Def boxes Need 1 existing receivers on add a room (don't need Hi Def...) It shouldn't be this hard. Wireless is looking better and better. I can upgrade my wireless with less hassle.

I used to love DirectTv until AT&T took over. Now my bill is through the roof and the service is terrible. It will go out for no reason on a sunny, calm day. Worst of all, 7-8 times a day my list of recorded shows goes missing (usually about half the shows are missing) The only way to fix this is to reboot the system..if you have shows recording it interferes & stops the recording. For what I pay I should not have to reset my receiver 8 times a day!! Then there is customer service. They could care less. I’m switching to Dish!

Directv - Watching red Dots & Lines

Watching red dots and lines for 3 days called Directv and as soon as I verified my phone number they went away, so what’s up Direct dose not want to pay someone to call and verify so they give you a reason too. We are all sheep in their eyes!
