DIRECTV - Going down hill

The service is not there... the whole set-up is not user friendly!! Hello, is anyone there....do not hook up with Direct TV! They don’t care about the customer... we will end up connecting to local cable... DTV too hard to read/strung across the top of screen

DIRECTV - Not working correctly

Not only do we dislike the new format the Chanel changer will not change channel unless we go thru all channels... our local cable is looking better all the time!!
