With out permission they signed my bank card up for automatic payment . They took more money then what my bill was originally supposed be and i had to call numerous amount of times to get refunded the first time .
The second time it happend all i got was the run around about the charges . They finally said there escalation department was supposed to contact me but when i called to compain no one told me i have to be waiting for a call, about them over charging me 112.
dollars .... and this is just the second time in 3 monthes
