We moved from Galesburg Illinois to Pella Iowa, I scheduled a move with DIRECTV, installation was scheduled for Monday November 14@ 8-12. I got a call from tech in Illinois he couldn't find our address, DIRECTV still had us in Galesburg, they then rescheduled for 12-4 didn't show up.
I spent 2hrs on phone with them to no avail, was transferred 3 times and called again this morning only to be told that the earliest date is Thursday. I feel that DIRECTV made the error and they should be able to install sometime today.
Their ad said moving your DIRECTV was easy! NOT
