Direct tv has the worse service on the planet.I honesty hate this service. Then i open my bill today and its went up almost 30.00 with no warning. The picture freezes for no reason,even when the sun is shinning. I have new tvs and the volume goes out and i have to change channel for it to come back on.When your watching tv the words leave the people mouth.They are talking but no words are comming out.Again have to change channel so words will catch up to mouths.Tv goes out say no service,have to keep resetting it over and over before it finally straighten itself out.WiFi kicks you off internet and you have to constantly have to reset it.At 8:30 each night the picture scrambles up like its raining,but no rain or clouds.And if you record something it won't play whole show it freezes and cut off.But they want to raise my bill.Well come Monday i will be calling and will dropping DIRECT TV for good.Had Direct tv before never tv had problem with service.Just got to expensive.Went to Uverse hatted it.Worse cable i've ever had.When i got ready to cancel it let them talk me into Direct.Thought ok liked them before,but that was the worse mistake i ever made.I DONOT reccomend Direct tv to anybody.It will be the worse mistake.Don't know what i'll get,but anything is better than what AT&T has to affer.
