Since direct tv was bought by att we have had nothing but problems!!! Had direct tv 10 years and have not had a problem and recommended the company to everyone we knew but in the last 8 months we are now looking for new service!!!
Always paid bill online for years, service change over to att and our account can't be paid online anymore or even viewed online to know what services, charges, due dates, or fees are mysteriously increasing amount due monthly!!?!! Hours on the phone trying to correct the issues only to have services disconnected for the 4th month in a row due to inability to see account balance online. Who calls every month and spend hours on the phone to pay for the same services you've had for years?!? Only to be told to call every month and request a statement to be emailed, gtfooh!
Now we've finally got a bill, we're being charged for 7 receivers vs 4, lied to about correction and credits the mistake, only to call back spending hours on the phone rehashing their mistakes to be told we will NOT get account reimbursement or credits because we should have caught the mistake earlier!!!! Yeah on the statement we couldn't even get access to, time to move on to ANYBODY else for service!
