Directv - Tv Service Review
Terrible service i order a new receiver they mail me the replacement after 2 hours in the phone talking to someone u cant understand!Replace receiver and it works!
Look at bill now getting charge hd service which i never had! Call and straighten bill out and get everything set up again! Another 30 minutes waisted for no reason! I go to bed to watch tv and now and all channels are missing because of hd!
I call to get corrected for technical help which is 24/7 supposedly! Its arou d 1am sorry system updating and we cant help u until the morning! What a joke u screwed it up! Im paying 200 a month for this!

This does not give me back anytime i wasted on phone going on 2 1/2 hours so far!After football season im moving to time warner sick of this!
