Switched from Cox to Direct TV after nine years with Cox because Direct TV was half the price. Sorry I did.

Quality of service is horrible. Constant buffering, program guide and remote functions very slow and awkward. Extremely Poor customer service. Never realized how good Cox was until experiencing Direct TV.

My contract is up in August and I'm switching back to Cox even at twice the price. This is one example of getting what you pay for.

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with DIRECTV. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
