EVERYONE WITH 4K SERVICE! WE NEED TO GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST AT&T!
THEY ARE USING US A TESTERS FOR THIS SERVICE TGAT HAS SO MANY ISSUES THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF, TESTERS GET PAID TO TEST PRODUCTS, NOT PAY FOR THEM!!! MY BILL IS 238/MONTH, IT DOES NOT WORK! I HAVE TO RESET MY BOX EVERYDAY, WHICH RESETS ALL MY OTHER BOXES AS WELL! I CANT STREAM, I CANT EVEN WATCH MOVIES FROM MY SERVER!
WHERES ALL THE 4K CHANNELS WE WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BY NOW, WE HAVE 1!! AND DONT CALL TO COMPLAIN, TGE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WILL YELL AT YOU AND HANG UP ON YOU, NEVER FIXING THE ISSUE!!
