We downgraded our package roughly 2 months ago from the premium that was costing around $200+ per month to the basic. Since then we get program service, actually can watch tv, its 6am.
It say signal loss 771 around 6pm. Every weekday this happens. Now its happening during the weekend when we are home. They insist its the equipment.
We now have that scheduled for the 21st. I will be calling the better business Bureau tomorrow anyway.
This person wrote the review because of bad quality at Directv. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Directv to read this review and look into the issue (if any).
