I also agree with other consumers ! Customer service is a joke now.
Att and direct tv together also a joke ! I have service between two homes paying over 400.00 monthly between them. They nickel and dime you to death for receivers in every room ! Have you really looked thru your bill ?
I don't blame local channels for not wanting to be held hostage by Direct tv.
If this is not resolved in the next few days, I'm canceling my service like others. I'm so angry right now ..Good thing I can't get a customer rep on the phone today, wait times on hold has been up to 45 minutes with no answer today!
