Hello I called Direct TV to cancel HBO and other premium channels. The agent I spoke with told me that my bill is $177, so I paid that amount which was told I owe.

While watching TV the service was turned off, I called and was told I had to pay $25 more to reactivate my service. I requested to speak with a supervisor cause the agent told me an amount and I felt they should go by what the customer is told by their employees. I didn't appreciate having to pay $208 for a one month service and I'm on a fixed in. Their service sucks so bad I wanted to cry that is not right at all.

The supervisor should have been able to override and make sure the customer is satisfied instead she was very disrespectful in the way she spoke to me about the $25 is the only way my service will be restored. I will be seeking other service
