Im still to upset to write anything, the last Superviser I spoke to took my phone number and promissed to call me back in case we got disconnected, you got it !!! Got disconnected and he never called back..

That was the second time today.. Direct T V. Promisses that my bill would be the same every month, because Im on a fixed income and have to watch every penny. It started off first month at 57.40 as I was told , now this month its 70.00 nothing changed...

Why ?????

Did the amount change They tryed to tell me that first month was for 2 tvs and this month was 3...IVE ALWAYS HAD 3 TVs..Nothing changed Tired of writing tonight. Jeannie
