Directv is going through negotiations so i have lost my local chanel 8. I love this chanel.
I watch the news sport's and tv shows. I called to complain. I asked if they had any idea how long before we would have it back. They said tbey didn't know.
I asked if tbey cod discount my bill. Tbey said no. They said local channels are free so they don't have to do anything. The lady told me there was nothing they could do.
The only option i have is to deal with it and pay the same high amount or cancel my contract.
Complete b.s. i have been with this company as a loyal customer for several years and I have no reason to stay after mu contract is up
