I have been a direct customer since 2012 and I getting more and more irritated with the service. I have a motorhome and when I called to get service I explained we travel all over the united states and asked for equipment that would get me our shows no matter where we were.
I was sold a box and told that would do it. Total *** I cannot get a local station because now I need some kind of other hook up. Why is this information not given to the customer so that we can make the choice to give your company the extra money.
You have no problem constantaly adding charges for other *** stuff. I am still trying to get one of the employees you hired who know absolutely anthing about what needs to be done to help me figure this out if not and I am not able to get the locals I might as well just cancel my service and deal with what we can get on a normal antenna.
