Being billed for services when I not a subscriber. Have spoken with Direct TV reps and as far as they're concerned, "too bad" won't provide who and where the subscribers subscription physical address is nor the identity of the subscriber in order to commence legal actions in the recovery of over $1200.00 in fraudulent debit card use.
So either Direct TV is compliant in this fraud or they just don't give a ***.
Either way by with holding the information to remedy the matter legally I can reach no other conclusion than allowing the fraudulent debit card payments to continue. From my research I'm not the only person who has been subject to Direct TV's criminal policies
