After many years with company, service is worse now that At&t took over. And anytime I call for billing my called is handled by the philipines call center. And when a bad rain storm knocked out my signal i had to pay 50 dollars for someone to adjust my satellite.

Same issue with DT.Service is terrible.

Paid to have realignment and told bad receiver. DT said not the case. Ring around the rosy policy by customer service. Spoke with tech support and customer service reps.

Manager would not offer his service # to file complaint.Did offer to transfer us to the cancellation department.
