Had system installed after two weeks became random, tech who installed said he was responsible for 90 days if problems so I called him.Came out and did something and worked for another two weeks.

Again called the guy wearing the logo and business cards. This time brought someone else. After adjusting something suggested I purchase the land accross the road and cut down 30ft of trees. It is commercial timber so not an option.

Since system never worked well I cancelled service. DTv says I never called and is going to charge for early termination. Said tech is contractor and I shouldn't have called as he directed. Had system for 2.5 months, never worked well.

Customer service tells me that since they do not have a record of repair, too bad we have your credit card info.They did suggest I file a dispute since the billing people or customer service dept are unable to actually help anyone.
