Had to wait 11 days for a service call-tv completely out.Finally fixed then went out again, different code (now needs equipment replacement).
Waited 4 days for service call, waited all day. Service guy finally on his way-never showed up. We live in Colorado!! We have mountains-duh.
Service guy too scared to drive a "2-lane" dirt mountain road. Too SCARED!! Next appointment - another 5 days!
That's 20 days no tv!!!HORRIBLE service !!!
