DirecTV came out and supposedly upgraded my system so I can receive 4K signal.That was over 2 weeks ago and I am still not able to receive 4K programs.

I have called and been told two or three different things, but I still cannot receive 4K and I do not understand why.

A service technician did come out and just basically said it's something that the engineering department is going to have to fix and he could not help me.I do not understand why I keep getting the runaround and cannot get a straight answer from DirecTV customer service.
