DirecTV came out and supposedly upgraded my system so I can receive 4K signal. That was over 2 weeks ago and I am still not able to receive 4K programs.
I have called and been told two or three different things, but I still cannot receive 4K and I do not understand why.
A service technician did come out and just basically said it's something that the engineering department is going to have to fix and he could not help me. I do not understand why I keep getting the runaround and cannot get a straight answer from DirecTV customer service.
