I have have been with this company for over 20 yrs! What I would like to know if anyone elses had problems with there payments with the automated system?

Seems like since ATT took over there system has gotten so bad!

All they say is I didn't get that. It actually made a payment on my account for 1.79$ instead of 119.79 you would think even an machine would catch this, watch it they now also charge 5.00$ if your payment is not there by there due date which is 8 days short of a month, I've always made sure that my payment is made when I pay all my bills 30-1 now I have to make sure to pay it by the 26 of the month!
