Directv has really done it this time. After failing and cutting out right after the 2 minute warning during the super bowl Ive had it.
I called expecting to recieve some sort of compensation as all my neighbors and friends received. Directv pretty much said no that I havent been a customer long enough.
I dont care if I have been a customer of 3 years I should be treated the same as a customer of 20 years. The offered me nothing.
