Promised a pckage called every month because every months bill varied from 116.oo to as much as 199.oo. i have dealt with as many as 8 different reps.

Now my bill was running around 125.00. March 10 called for an additional receiver paid 49.00 up front specifically asked how much my bill would increase and was told $7.00. Asked again and told 7.00. My new boll just arrived $191.00.

Tried customer servive got a foreign rep I could not understand requested someone else given a new number to call still could not get an english rep. Want to cancel but told i now have a new 2 year contractl??? Because i ordered the additional receiver. I was NEVER TOLD that my contract would be extended I WAS NEVER TOLD MY BILL WAS INCREASING BY $70.00 a month.

I want out of them but now I am under new contract. I should have been told this should have been disclosed never woul have ordered the receiver.

Now will coat me hundrefs to leave them. Very deceiptful practice.
