I had service with directv since 2008 and the usually give discount in retention dept to keep us, except this time, they say I have wore out my welcome. Since AT&T bought them they are arrogant.
They no longer care to keep me the customer service rep said, so I canceled my service and the charge one of my friend's cards on account for $861 that was used over a year ago for one time which they was not authorized to do. He launched investigation with his bank and they have straighten it out on bank end but directv trying to get an additional $428 from me for equipment they already have. This.
Been going on since Feb. Bad customer service and accountability on directv.
