Our bill was always way higher than it was supposed to be when my husband called they apologized and said we were going to get credited and channels we didn't want were going to be taken off... well the next month no credit...
channels still not off and our bill was insanely high. No one at direct tv could give a direct answer as to why our bill was so high. ( this went on for a year ) So we decided to say screw direct tv and pay the insanely high disconnection fee because in the long run it saves us money.
So anyone wanting this service don't get it. Big scam with the packages and horrible customer service
