Direct tv cut my service off on christmas eve for a balance that they want to charge me twice for no notice was sent and went on line to my account and it said my bill is due on jan 2 2016 called and they want me to pay the bill or i will not have service back i said not cool it is Christmas and now I have no service and house full of family didn't care just pay bill DIRECT TV SUCKS THEY OVER CHARGE U FOR LOCAL CHANNELS AND SHOPPING CHANNELS I DON'T HAVE PREMIUM CHANNELS AND I PAY OVER 70$ FOR GARBAGE AND BILL STARTED OUT AT 39$ NOW OVER 70$ WILL NOT GIVE U ANY OFFERS UNLESS U R A NEW CUSTOMER AFTER THEY SUCK U IN THEY STICK IT TO U PAY WAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR THE CHANNELS STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT TV

Christina Revels Swear I haven't had service with them since August and they take all my money on my card on Christmas day, then I call them and all she says is she sorry, but my account is in collections, then asked do I want to continue service, leave me on hold for over an hour, tell me she has a supervisor to talk to me and the phone hangs up, no call back or nothing, looking for an attorney to review the contract
