We are having TOO many interruptions in service for what you term as "technical difficulties"!! I M notifying you and everyone else that sees this that I am going to 'deduct' from my bill every month the amount of time I go without "service"!

And hope everyone else does also!

You don't seem to grasp the meaning of the word "service"! If it ain't available, then you are not providing a "service" and therefore should not be paid for "lack of service"!!!

That is a good idea and as long as you call and give them the times taking off that is no problem as long as it is a paid service and you call in to advise of the times
