Directv sucks i started with them in January and i started on the ultimate package so i look at my bill this month and it when up. So i call and they told me the system had a glitch in there system in February and mess up my bill and wasn't notify or nothing.

Now I check my bill today and it up $127.00 more and they want me to pay 2 bills this month i think not and i don't have movies channels anymore.

Customer service don't know what they talking about when you call them and they act like you don't know what you be talking about. Probably be switching service soon.
