Directv - U-verse Bundle Review
After bundling my uverse and direct tv my bill was supposed to be 89$ a month after paying a one time 100$ installation fee(wich they never had to do because I was an existing uverse and direct tv customer already had all equipment) was supposed to be reimbursed with a 100$ visa gift card wich was never sent and AT&T and direct tv continued to bill me separately 89 for tv 129 for internet,for over a year,my only phone is an AT&T pay as you go phone resulting in hundreds of dollars spent on phone time in order to be dropped disconnected put on hold transferred to nowhere all at 10 cents a minute over & over again.each time having to start all over with whoever answered,until I would be screaming pulling my hair out in frustration causing my family emotional distress and eventually giving in and paying the gross overage in order to restore service and keep peace at home finally over a year later I put a huge chunk of $on my phone and settled in to get the problem solved after over two hours of being transferred from one rep to the next I finally reached someone who actually listened and was able to see where I was coming from I was credited 300$ of the over 1,500$ I had overpaid and assured I would be put on the 89$ a month plug I was promised for 1 year,the next bill I got was 158$ payment due txt followed by a new terms of service agreement(13 pages long)basically saying they can charge me whatever they want subject to change whenever they want based on my past payment history!!!!!!! I am going to need PTSD therapy,and am now looking for a new service provider and an attorney
