I have called DirecTV and spoken at length about the below items. The agent understood every time and duplicated the errors on her end, confirming the errors, and agreed that they were errors.
One month later, ALL the errors have not been fixed.
1.This error has persisted since April: When I view the list of statements and click on one, it pops up in a new window. When I click the "Download" link, I get an error page.
2. On the "Contact Us" page, when I click "Chat with a DIRECTV representative," it just takes me to the "How do I contact DIRECTV?" page, https://support.directv.com/our-company/4163, and no chat window appears.
3. On the "How do I contact DIRECTV?" page, when I click the Email button, an Outlook message window opens.
The subject line is "How do I contact DIRECTV?" and the text is pre-filled with this link: https://support.directv.com/our-company/4163. The "To:" field is empty.
This is infuriating. I can't imagine that any company would do this, unless a disgruntled employee did it intentionally to sabotage the company and anger customers.
I REALLY can't imagine that any company would do NOTHING to fix these problems after a customer politely notified the company about them.
