What happened to the easy to use www.directv.com website???

The new att site is a freaking joke!!! What a bunch of *** running this company. The old directv.com site was easy to navigate and use... now it's near impossible. I might just cancel my service and move to something else.

The INFO text Is ridiculously small. I have taken out a magnifying glass to read it.

Is this customer CARE? I could read the former text fine from across the room.

My husband called DirectTV about the “new format” of everything and was told “sorry that’s the way it is.” Yet we keep getting deluged by DirectTV sign up offers whenever we walk into some stores and junk mail. How to KEEP customers?: fix this kind of stuff!!!

I UNFORTUNATELY subscribed to Direct TV/ATT In February 2017

The worst mistake of my life. I not only got poor service, programs cut off, abusive customer service, and overcharged bills, but, they even had my name wrong when I finally did get service.

The Rep at the ATT store lied to me even with a witness with me. I am making it a goal of mine to let everyone I meet about how the too big conglomerate of ATT is ripping people off. Overcharges, phony bills, lies, deceit and illegal practices.

I wish I could start a class action lawsuit against these selfish uncaring life destroyers. Shame on them, perhaps they'll self destruct!!!!

why does Direct expect seniors on Social Security who get paid once a month to pay two times a Month. I would to see one of you people take my check pay all my bills then pay Directv twice a month.

Wee all know that the only thing that matters to this company is the all mighty dollar.

Directv in Granger, Indiana - Clueless

I recorded an episode of a favorite show, and found that it was unwatchable due to distortion, interruptions, blackouts, and missed dialogue. At the same time I recorded another program on a different channel, and it played back perfectly. After unsuccessfully trying to reach someone to talk to at DirecTV, I started a chat session, which took about 45 minutes. The rep walked me through a diagnostic protocol for my DVR (which was supplied by DirecTV) without ever trying to answer my question: how can I see the episode that I missed? I had to ask the question repeatedly, and eventually was told that I had to be transferred to a DirecTV chat session (somehow I had been chatting with ATT U-Verse). The DirecTV chat rep told me to wait 48 hours, and the episode would be available to stream. After 48 hours, it was not available. I eventually found a screen on their website saying it would not be available for 2 weeks (1 week after the next episode airs). So now I have spent about 2 hours trying to get a simple answer, and the answer turns out to be disappointing. Call me an unreasonable crank, but I believe DirecTV should make the missed episode available to me before the next episode airs. I don't know, but suspect that the original transmission to my DVR was defective. Now I have no choice but to record all subsequent episodes so I can watch them in sequence, and can only hope that all the recordings will be OK. Thanks so much, DirecTV, for giving me this unsatisfying answer after only two hours of frustration and work.

Directv - Equipment left after discontinued service

A renter had direct tv installed at a residence & when renter left & service disconnected, the ugly dish that they installed in the middle of the back yard remained. Since I have never used cable or satellite service, the policy is unclear that this gaudy dish is property of the customer. When trying to get this ugly piece of equipment removed, I was told to contact a recycling website that has no sources in our area. This incident is another reason I have not & will not ever have satellite services and will always discourage my family & friends from using their service. I will also make sure any one I know that has rental property is aware of this policy so they are not stuck with such a gaudy piece of equipment & do not allow their renters to have satellite installed, especially direct tv.

Welcome to being a landlord, you better talk to your attorney though renters have rights also they can not drill your property but can put it in an area that is being rented(back yard for example) the dish becomes the customers property when installed, if one is installed and not removed that's what security deposit is for this is not a DirecTV issue it is a rental/landlord issue
