Needed help setting up new wifi router.Christy, customer support, was very rude and clearly irritated that my equipment wasn't working.
Instead of helping she just kept repeating "you are my eyes, you have to tell me what's on the screen" when I was doing just that.
She kept telling me that it couldn't be on the screen, I should disconnect my Ethernet cable from my tv (which I don't have).Ridiculous.
