Directv - Disconnect my service with out sending a monthly bill.
I did not received any monthly bill from Direct TV and my services was disconnected. I have to paid $ 146.00 with my credit card, hoping I have paid for 2 months that should be right for two months.
I also will like to speak with a representative not a recording, with better explanation.
I will like to received a copy of this bill and every month so this incident won't happen again.If this incident did never occurred I will said I was very please with this service.I hope they keep all the promises they made from the beginning of this services.
