Directv - Disconnected Many times charging more for services then what was agreed upon
My husband and I ordered Direct TV service.Big mistake!!
Once we ordered they directly took an activation fee out of my bank account. I called to cancel and had to jump through hoops. A customer service representative hung up on me. I asked to speak to a manager and I guess that there aren't any managers that work for Direct TV.
I then was connected to all kinds of people just to cancel the rep coming to my house - crazy!!
Poor customer service and a true scam - please save yourself A LOT of trouble do not order Direct TV.More importantly DO NOT give them your bank account or credit card number.
