We have been Direct TV customers for over 8 yrs. We moved to Cleveland area last July and again subscribed.
Husband changed jobs and we are moving out of state. It is not available at our new location. We are 10 months in on a 24 mo agreement. (I don't remember that).
When I asked that the early cancellation fee be waived! I was told no, even after speaking to a supervisor.
A company this large should be able to "adjust" their policy to accommodate their loyal customers if they want to keep them. I will never use them again.
