Directv - Discontinuing service and getting a "credit" instead of a check back
Since I started with DirectTV I have had the worst experiences ever, one after another!!!Between phone calls being dropped when you're trying to either get service or fix a problem I have dealt with countless people who didnt fix the problem or stated a supervisor would and never got a callback.
Then have been overbilled and had to deal with them over and over for that too. Then problems arise and its the same..Now I quit them and they send me a "credit" on my bill instead of a check in the amount. Now I have to deal with them once again to receive my money back.
Will NEVER use them again!!!PS: To post this message they ask you to agree to the "pissed consumer terms of service" prior to posting which they dont provide...They suck!
