I contacted direcr tv to establish new service on 6/8/2017. To summarize my exoerience i was provided misinformation about running my credit report, I spoke to a supervisor named Jill to voice my concerns who hung up on me, only to then learn my credit report had been run unnecessarily.
The staff was rude, unhelpful and grossly misrepresented the process. I will be filing a compkaint with the BBB and escalating my concerns with the direct tv leadership.
