After talking to 5 different people they finally lived up to their 24 month agreement.

We were talked into changing from Dish to Direct TV with a locked in price for two years. The first statement we get with our service says the price guarantee is for one year.

When I call them I was first told that it's no problem getting it fixed to two years but I have to call another number and talk to someone else. The third person I talked to finally told me I'm stuck with what I got. I only had this service for one week but when I told him to cancel it he said there would be a $480.00 early termination fee.

He then said he could have someone higher up in the company call me within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago.

Product or Service Mentioned: Directv Entertainment Tv Package.

Monetary Loss: $720.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: I did like directv at one time when it was affordable.
